Dr Lesley Rowan has extensive experience in public sector organisational practice and learning. She is skilled in creating social learning systems embracing governance, innovative stakeholder engagement and tailored information cycles to achieve whole-system and multi-organisation change.
She is an Academic Mentor on the Systems Thinking Practitioner level 7 Apprenticeship/MSc Systems Thinking in the Public Sector.
