This module focuses on strategy, financial architecture and budgeting techniques for decision making in organisations operating in public sector contexts -where there is public ownership, public funding or regulation by government. This focus includes working or managing in government organisations, non-governmental organisations, international organisations, think tanks and companies regulated by government. The module brings in expertise from real world organisations and covers theory, practice and skills for strategy, finance and budgeting. It is suitable for those new to these topics or with some experience, and is relevant to those wanting to research about or have careers working in these organisations.
