Module Content
Syllabus Plan
Whilst the module’s precise content may vary from year to year, it is envisaged that the syllabus will cover some or all of the following topics:
- A brief history of ethnography
- Challenges to ethnographic authority
- The end(s) of contemporary ethnography
- Reflexivity and fieldwork
-New British ethnographies
- New forms of inquiry
- Student culture
- Ethnographic fieldwork and analysis.
